Engineering the Perfect Load
To ensure operational excellence and consistent results for every order, we have standardized our service.
- Two Laundry Loads - Our custom branded bags are precision engineered to accommodate approximately two laundry loads snugly. On average, this equates to 30 lbs of laundry. Don’t stress about weighing your laundry, if it fits in the bag, we will wash it!
- The "Close Rule" - Our primary operational requirement is that the bag must be able to close completely to be accepted for washing
- Quality First - This standard ensures that your garments are handled according to our highest finishing specifications while maintaining repeatable logistical efficiency.
Managing Extra Volume & Overages
We recognize that life doesn't always fit into a single bag—whether it’s post-vacation piles or a particularly busy week. To accommodate these fluctuations, we’ve made handling extra volume simple and transparent.
If you have more laundry than what fits comfortably inside your closed Magic Basket bag, simply place the additional items in any secondary bag of your choice. Our drivers will collect both, and we’ll take it from there. Any laundry processed outside of your standard bag allocation is weighed using our integrated digital scales and billed according to our Additonal Bag Pricing policy.
