This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we do not own or control or people we do not manage.

The Granular Data We Collect

• Directly Provided Information: We collect your name, email, phone number, and physical service address during account creation for use with our Service Providers, Advertising Partners (such as Google and Meta, formally known as Facebook), and Parties You Authorize, Access, or Authenticate.
• Logistical Data: Our systems record your order history, pickup/delivery history, allocation amounts (remaining and used, checked against plan limits), bag weights, and specific garment care instructions for use with our Service Providers, Advertising Partners, and Parties You Authorize, Access, or Authenticate 
• Visual Documentation: Our drivers are required to capture Proof of Delivery (POD) photos and tagging confirmations for every order which may include but is not limited to a picture of the bag with your door in the background.
• Automated Technical Data: We collect IP addresses, browser types, and device identifiers when you interact with our website to prevent fraud, optimize site performance, and for use with our Service Providers, Advertising Partners (such as Google and Meta, formally known as Facebook), and Parties You Authorize, Access, or Authenticate. 
• Cookies & Tracking: We utilize cookies, web beacons, and pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics) to enable our servers to recognize your web browser, tell us how and when you visit and use our Services, analyze trends, learn about our user base and operate and improve our Services.

While we currently focus on Texas operations, we respect standard digital privacy rights:

• Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data, subject to certain legal/financial retention requirements.
• Opt-Out of Tracking: You can set your browser to refuse cookies or opt-out of our marketing emails at any time.

• Retention: We keep your order history and Proof of Delivery photos for the duration of your account's "active" status and for up to three years thereafter to assist in any liability or damage disputes.
• Security Infrastructure: We utilize SSL encryption and secure cloud hosting to protect your data. In the event of a confirmed data breach, we will notify affected users within the timelines required by Texas state law.

Personal Data of Children's

‍

Our service is exclusively for customers in the United States. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) requires that online service providers obtain parental consent before they knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children who are under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 years of age. If you are a child under the age of 16, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any Personal Data. If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child under 16 years of age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
